Orange: Embracing Linux with Access Deal

Orange and Access Co have entered into an agreement to develop Linux-based mobile phones. France Telecom’s Orange division is working with Access Co Ltd to develop mobile phones based on the Japanese ISV’s Linux technology, the idea being to “provide handset and mobile device manufacturers with a turnkey mobile Linux platform.”
